• What is a retainer fee?
  • A retainer fee is a non-refundable booking fee which covers the photographer's time that is set aside for your session. This fee is charged to
your card upon booking, but is deducted off of the package total.

  • Does Always & Forever Photography offer disks or High Resolution Digital files for printing?
  • No, we do not. Always & Forever Photography is a boutique operation which has a fantastic team of suppliers offering top of the line quality
products, which are surprisingly affordable for a boutique-studio operation. You get the best of everything. Professional printing, gorgeous
albums, studio quality control, and a friendly, helpful guide to walk you though any on-line ordering questions you may have! You may be
pleasantly surprised by the courteous and quick responses to any queries! We do understand wanting to share your gorgeous sessions with
friends and family on social media sites, etc...so with any print order, you are able to download low-resolution digital files (Social Media Files)
from your session...complimentary! These images are strictly for sharing on social media or just to have on your phone, tags to the studio are
always appreciated!   These files are not licensed for printing, and all rights and copyrights remain the property of Always & Forever

  • To book, you must enter your name, email, cell phone number and credit card information. You will receive a confirmation from the studio by
email, as well as text message reminders of your appointment. Your booking credit card will automatically be charged the required non-
refundable retainer fee for the selected package.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?
  • In case of real emergencies, the session can sometimes be re-scheduled. In most sessions, the first $100 has been charged to your card upon
booking, this is considered a retainer fee and is applied towards your session total. The retainer fee is non-refundable. (Without 3 days notice
of rescheduling, the retainer fee will not be transferable to a new booking, appointment will be considered a no-show.) Session rescheduling will
be left up to the discretion and availability of the photographer/studio. Please read the details on each package carefully, it will explain the
    retainer fee amount.
